Do I need to buy any equipment first?

No. We start with exactly what you already own, your laptop and your room. Four of the five fixes cost nothing. If a small upgrade is genuinely worth it, I will tell you, but it is never the starting point.

Which platforms does this work for?

All of them. The changes we make are to your camera, lighting, framing and sound, so they carry across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, or anything else you use.

How long does it take?

The free taster is about twenty minutes. The full set-up is a single session of roughly an hour, after which you are camera-ready for good.

Is the taster really free?

Yes, genuinely. A short call, the single biggest thing holding your picture back, and one change made there and then. No card, no catch, no obligation.

I am not very technical. Will I cope?

Easily. We do everything together on the call, and you leave with a one-page set-up card listing the few clicks that switch your new look on. Pin it by the desk and you are sorted.

My room and lighting are hopeless. Can it still help?

Almost always, yes. Most rough calls come down to where you sit relative to the light and where the camera is, not how fancy the room is. Small, decisive changes go a very long way.

Can you do my whole team?

Yes. A team session gets everyone looking consistent and professional on external calls, with a shared standard anyone new can follow. Run remotely across time zones where we can.

Where are you based?

Wexford, Ireland, working remotely with people anywhere. I will fit your time zone wherever I reasonably can.
